Legal Restriction(s):

• For geographical numbers, a local address is required in the city corresponding to the geographical zone of requested number. In addition, a proof of identification needs to be uploaded (a copy of the ID card or passport for residential end-users, a copy of the ID or passport of its legal representative for enterprise customers).
• Only 811 numbers can be used with calling cards applications.
• For National numbers (prefix 850) and toll free numbers (prefix 811) from Turkey, a global address and proof of identification is still required. The proof of identification needs to be uploaded (a copy of the ID card or passport for residential end-users, a copy of the ID or passport of its legal representative for enterprise customers).

Service Restriction(s):

• FAX is not supported.
• SMS is not supported.
• 800 with prefix 811 numbers are only reachable from Turk Telecom.
